Advocate Homes offers residential placement for adults 18 and older with traumatic brain injuries and developmental disabilities. In addition, our on-site day program provides opportunities for continued education and recreation in a relaxed, comfortable small group setting. We believe that each adult with a disability is an individual, and have tailored our program to meet their specific needs and interests. We provide and instill the feeling of "family" in everything we do.
Advocate Homes understands that independence is a big step for both you and your loved one. Our mission is to provide the support you need with an alternative choice. Parents, guardians, and families are invited and encouraged to be active in the community based residential facility (CBRF) program and are always welcome to visit or call.
